U14’s managed to squeeze in the first in a series of coaching sessions delivered by Club Head Coach, Adam Byron, last Sunday prior to current government movement restrictions and RFU return to Stage A on Return to Rugby Roadmap.
The session was held on the 1st XV pitch and well attended by U14’s. The squad opted for specialist coaching on defence techniques, an aspect of the squads development which needed extra work. Adam took the lads through various drills which has made huge improvement to their confidence and knowledge. It was so good to see the club senior squad coach coming down to Age Grade improving that sense of belonging to one big fantastic club and just a shame that other squads now have to wait a month before this programme can continue.
